




We offer women’s only courses for those who want to learn in an environment with other like minded women.
For those new to mountain biking or wanting to try the sport for the first time we recommend the Women’s Introduction to Mountain Bike Course. On this course you will learn key skills required for mountain biking and you will be ready to tackle those trails with confidence.
Our Women’s Core Skills Course is perfect for those riders who want to refine their riding technique and take their experience of the sport to the next level. This course is based around the 4 core skills of mountain biking. By the end of it you will have a good understanding of how to put them and other valuable skills into practice.
